We were the best kind of tired this day from a fun weekend with family, planning and celebrating baby girl Squires. Sarah didn’t fly home until later at night this day so we went back to my parents for the day. We rested, ate lunch, talked about the shower, then some of us walked so the boys and Uncle Josh could catch Pokemon.
Definitely not interested in momma kisses.
Asking Auntie to take them to go catch PokΓ©mon. Their faces here are my favorite. π
The “I’m supposed to be in bed but I’m not” snuggles.

She still lights up at the sight of a shaker cup.
These boys are the best. I’m 100% bias, but aren’t we as moms supposed to be? The day wasn’t perfect in terms of how they got along but there were some really sweet moments tucked in. Like this one- helping each other make their beds.
And this one, sitting side by side just hanging out.
The boys were making her laugh and clap over lunch.
Grandpa and GP sent the boys a 3D puzzle so we swapped out our math lesson to problem solve and build. It took us a while to do one!
And then the boys folded laundry while making me and Olive (and themselves) laugh.

Making lunch with my sweet pal.
It’s the double point for me.
We had a pizza and game night this night. We played taco vs burrito and jenga. It was so fun!
My sweet sleeper. I’ve never known anyone to sleep as deeply or as wildly (in various positions) as Jack.

We loooove days when daddy works from home.
Have I mentioned that the boys love to hold Olive?
Taco night is my favorite because all five of us eat the same meal. Taco night also takes me a solid 20 minutes to clean off the floor. π₯΄ The baby led weaning course I took recommended getting a dog to help with the mess and every taco night, I seriously consider it. It’s like a cheese, rice, guac, and bean landmine!
So blurry but man does she have the best personality. She’s so fun!
Thursday, March 23
Gym. I was hoping for a better 1,000m row time but I guess it’s something to work towards.
I took Olive’s 11 month pictures this day (a day late). These are my favorites.
How are we this close to being one?!
The reasons behind the big smiles, her two favorites.
She put a bite into her own mouth so we clapped and cheered and she was so proud!
Oh my heart. ππ
We let the boys stay up late to watch the UConn men’s basketball game.
Friday, March 24
Gym baby, cheering for her friends.
Luca made this on his own and I thought it was so sweet.
Sweet, surprise lunch notes.
Olive smiles like this on purpose/when you ask her to and we’re all obsessed. When she knows she’s getting her picture taken, she does it on her own. When she’s being silly, she does it on her own. She’s the best, always keeping us laughing.
After dinner, we ran to Target to pick up an order and let the boys shop with their own money. She had the time of her life in a Target cart for the first time.
Saturday, March 25
Our gym turned 3!
In a dress from the tote (bin ππ) of clothes from Auntie Amy that she had for Livi and Emme and this one in particular reminded me so much of them.
After the gym I met with a friend during Olive’s nap then we all ran to pick up groceries, play, and then went back home for dinner.
She was pointing at Lee’s burrito bowl because he always shares and she looooves it.
