We skipped the gym again this am and went to the chiropractor. Olive’s love for all foods is so exciting to me.

Lee took Jack to football and Luca, Olive, and I stayed home to make dinner. Luca crafted and helped me with Olive.
Friday, October 20
I went back to the gym this am and modified the movements so it didn’t strain my neck (the cause of my headaches I think). It felt SO good to move.
For school, we played our new game. It was so much fun!
Olive tried on a new skirt and kept looking at it, lifting it up, and inspecting the entire situation. It made me laugh.
She’s so cute. 😍
Saturday, October 21
We started our day at Jack’s game.
Jack played so well; he has improved so much since the beginning of the season. (He is wearing the bright yellow/green cleats.)
My head felt so much better this day, praise the Lord! I woke with a swollen eye though, so after the game we just stayed home to rest.
Getting to see Lee as a girl dad, in addition to being a boy dad, is such a gift. He’s the best at it. Of course he is. 🥰
Isaac sent Lee the sweetest gift.
My parents came for dinner and it was so nice. The boys and my dad talked and played cards for so long, just the three of them. I think that filled them all right up. I walked in at one point and Luca turned to me and said, “we’re having the time of our lives in here!” with the biggest smile. And when it was 9:30, and we told the boys it was time for bed, they were not pleased (my dad included! 😂🥰). I love their bond and love for being together.
Jack painted this the week before and I hadn’t seen it (I wasn’t fully aware/myself with that migraine). He gave it to my mom and I saw it and gasped! I think it’s so good!
